حدود انعطاف پذيري در تعاليم تربيتي امام علي(ع)

The purpose of this research is to examine the manifestations of flexibility in Nahj al-Balagha an‎d the conduct of Amir al-Muʹminin Imam Ali (peace be upon him) an‎d to propose an educational model based on this flexibility. This study emphasizes the content analysis of primary sources, including sermons, letters, an‎d sayings of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) in Nahj al-Balagha, aiming to elucidate various dimensions of flexibility such as tolerance, method adaptation, role modeling, an‎d attention to individual differences, thereby laying a foundation for dynamic an‎d purposeful education. The research employed an analytical-descriptive method with a thematic approach, involving deep review an‎d precise interpretation of the original an‎d authoritative texts of Nahj al-Balagha an‎d related works to extract concepts an‎d examples of flexibility. This approach allows for maintaining the authenticity of religious concepts while also addressing psychological an‎d educational analyses to gain a comprehensive understan‎ding of how flexibility is employed in Islamic education. Findings indicate that in the conduct an‎d Nahj al-Balagha of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), flexibility is manifested as tolerance an‎d compassion in dealing with trainees, choosing methods suited to the circumstances an‎d personalities of individuals, emphasizing the role-modeling of educators, respecting human dignity, an‎d delegating appropriate responsibilities. This flexibility also moderates severity with kindness, resulting in the nurturing of balanced, resilient, an‎d wise individuals. The educational model based on this flexibility is an integration of firm justice an‎d gentle kindness, which can be extensively applied in contemporary education an‎d facilitates comprehensive growth. The overall conclusion of this research underscores the special place of flexibility in religious an‎d human education, demonstrating that the teachings an‎d conduct of Imam Ali (peace be upon him) represent a distinguished example of a dynamic educational model suited to individual needs an‎d changing social conditions. This model, while adhering to fixed principles, possesses adaptability an‎d responsiveness to environmental an‎d psychological changes an‎d can be utilized as a safe, comprehensive, an‎d effective educational framework.
