ترجمۀ فارسي رمان "أحببتك أكثر مما ينبغي" از اثير عبدالله النشمي

This research is a Persian translation of the Arabic novel “Ahbabtoka Akthar Memma Yanbaghi” by Athir Abdullah Al-Nashmi (b. 1984), a female novelist from Saudi Arabia, using the communicative translation method. This author’s literary genre is romance, an‎d her novels are replete with profound feminine emotions. The method of this translation is communicative, an‎d its primary motivation is the delivery of the message an‎d the fluency of the translation. The novel “Ahbabtoka Akthar Memma Yanbaghi” is her most well-known work an‎d the reason for the beginning of Athir’s fame; employing a first-person point of view an‎d a memoir-like narrative, this novel deeply explores the emotions an‎d psychological traumas of the female protagonist in an unequal an‎d narcissistic emotional relationship. The novel demonstrates how traditional patriarchal structures an‎d social norms in Saudi Arabia can cast a shadow on the psyche an‎d emotional choices of women—even in seemingly free environments—an‎d reinforce patterns of emotional dependence an‎d acceptance of unequal relationships.
