تجزيه و تحليل جايگاه نخبگان در توسعه سياسي جمهوري اسلامي ايران

Elites are individuals who, due to inherent an‎d acquired differences, are in some way distinct from an‎d superior to others. Such individuals can be found among all strata of society; however, in the governance of society an‎d particularly with regard to development management, it is primarily political elites who play a decisive role. In this regard, the present study seeks to answer the following question: What is the position an‎d role of elites in the Islamic Republic of Iran in the process of development in Iran? This research, in terms of its aim an‎d nature, is descriptive-analytical an‎d, using a documentary (secondary studies) method an‎d library tools, collects an‎d analyzes data. The findings indicate that the most fundamental role of political elites in the political institutionalization of society is to confer legitimacy on new values an‎d institutions that define the principles an‎d foundations of public cooperation an‎d coexistence, thereby imparting a national-ethical character to political action an‎d decision-making. The prerequisite for political advancement in Iran is the establishment an‎d strengthening of a democratic order. The training an‎d selec‎tion of political elites in post-revolutionary Iran lack a coherent, pre-designed model. Alongside the persistence of these characteristics among elites, other factors, such as the inefficiency of political institutions—which themselves stem from elite behavior—have led to numerous developments in the political an‎d social spheres of the Islamic Republic of Iran, especially over the past decade.
