بررسي ويژگي‌هاي روان‌سنجي پرسشنامه منابع مسير شغلي در دانشجويان: ابزاري براي سنجش آمادگي مسير شغلي

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي ويژگي‌هاي روان‌سنجي پرسشنامه منابع مسيرشغلي در دانشجويان انجام شد كه ابزاري براي سنجش آمادگي مسيرشغلي بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل دانشجويان كارشناسي دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 1405-1404 بود كه 341 نفر با روش نمونه¬گيري طبقه¬اي بر حسب جنسيت انتخاب شدند. ابتدا فرم فارسي از طريق فرايند بازترجمه تهيه شد. روايي صوري با استفاده از ضريب لاوشه بررسي و از نظر متخصصان تاييد شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه منابع مسيرشغلي و انطباق¬پذيري مسيرشغلي جمع آوري شد. همچنين براي بررسي پايايي بازآزمايي با فاصله زماني 14 روز مجدد 40 نفر از شركت كنندگان به آن پاسخ دادند. تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و Amos انجام گرفت. براي تحليل داده‌ها از تحليل عاملي اكتشافي و تاييدي و ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده گرديد. نتايج تحليل عاملي اكتشافي حاكي از استخراج چهار عامل منابع محيطي مسيرشغلي، منابع انگيزشي مسيرشغلي، منابع دانش و مهارت و فعاليت‌هاي مديريت مسيرشغلي بود. همچنين نتايج تحليل عاملي تاييدي نشان داد كه ساختار تك عاملي مرتبه دوم و چهارعاملي مرتبه اول در دانشجويان از برازش مطلوبي برخوردار است. بر اساس تحليل تغييرناپذيري بين دانشجويان دختر و پسر از نظر بارهاي عاملي، تفاوت معناداري وجود نداشت. نتايج همبستگي اين مقياس با انطباق¬پذيري مسيرشغلي از روايي همگرا حمايت كرد (r= .55; P <‎ .01). ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي كل مقياس 93/0 و ضريب بازآزمايي 60/0 به دست آمد كه نشان دهنده¬ي پايايي مطلوب ابزار است. نتايج نشان داد كه نسخه فارسي پرسشنامه¬ منابع مسيرشغلي ابزاري معتبر و مناسب براي سنجش ميزان منابع مسيرشغلي دانشجويان مي¬باشد.

The purpose of this research was the Examining the psychometric properties of Career Resources Questionnaire in students A measure for assessing career preparedness. the study population consisted of undergraduate students of isfahan university in the academic year of 1405 – 1404, an‎d 341 people were selec‎ted by stratified sampling method . first , persian form was prepared by reverse translation face validity was assessed by lawsche coefficient an‎d confirmed by experts .data were collected by career resources questionnaire an‎d career compliance. also to examine test retest reliability with 14 - day interval , 40 participants responded to it .data were analyzed using spss an‎d amos software . exploratory an‎d confirmatory factor analysis an‎d pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze the data .the results of exploratory factor analysis showed that four factors were extracted from environmental resources including career , motivational sources , knowledge resources , skills an‎d skills .the results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the second - order an‎d second - order structure of the students had a favorable fit .there was no significant difference between male an‎d female students in the basis of invariance analysis . the results of this scale confirmed the convergent validity of the convergent validity .cronbach " s alpha coefficient for the whole scale was 0 / 93 an‎d test - retest reliability was 0 / 60 which indicates the desired reliability of the instrument .the results showed that persian version of career is a valid an‎d valid tool for measuring the amount of resources among students .
