The aim of this study was to analyze the different dimensions of street childrenʹs leisure time with an emphasis on physical activity. The qualitative research method was exploratory an‎d was implemented in the field an‎d was an applied research in terms of its purpose. In this study, the information power approach was used to determine the sample size, an‎d accordingly, 12 street children were purposefully selec‎ted as the research sample. Data in this study were collected in two parts: library (review of theoretical foundations an‎d research background) an‎d field (conducting semi-structured interviews). The content analysis method of Brown an‎d Clarkʹs (2006) model was used to analyze the data. Based on the analysis of the research interviews, seven themes were revealed regarding the physical activity of street childrenʹs leisure time. These themes were type of leisure, type of physical activity, leisure place, place an‎d perception of leisure time, perception of physical activity, leisure aspirations, an‎d obstacles an‎d problems of leisure time physical activity. In this study, after reviewing an‎d modifying the codes from among the 180 initial codes, a total of 135 codes were identified an‎d extracted in 7 main themes. Therefore, managers, policymakers, NGOs, an‎d other stakeholders can use the results of this study in future planning an‎d take principled an‎d effective measures to remove the obstacles an‎d problems facing street children in engaging in leisure-time physical activity.
