The Ashura Incident, which occurred on the 10th of Muharram in the year 61 AH in the desert of Karbala, is a turning point in the history of Islam, and especially the Shiite religion. This incident, which led to the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (AS) and his loyal companions, is not only a historical event, but also an eternal epic and a symbol of the fight against oppression and tyranny. The Ashura uprising was formed with the aim of reviving the religion of Islam and confronting the heresies of Yazid ibn Muawiyah, and became a model for freedom seekers throughout history.
