"The deep devotion and love of Shia Muslims for Hazrat Siddiqah Taherah (peace be upon her) are well-known. This research aims to examine her status and position from the perspective of Sunni scholars, particularly Hafiz Jalal al-Din Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakr al-Suyuti. This approach is significant for two reasons: first, it emphasizes the common ground between Shia and Sunni Muslims, strengthens solidarity, and neutralizes the efforts of enemies of Islam; second, it illuminates the divine path of servitude in the face of numerous paths of darkness. Employing a descriptive-analytical method and utilizing library resources, this study first analyzes the virtues of Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her) in al-Suyuti’s other works and then examines the verses attributed to her in the exegesis ‘Al-Durr al-Manthur.’ Some of these verses directly refer to her as the reason for revelation or as an example, while others relate to the inner meanings or circumstances of revelation. It is noteworthy that, due to al-Suyuti’s devotion, despite being a Shafi’i, and the high and clear position of Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her) in comprehensive religious, political, social, and devotional aspects, al-Suyuti acknowledges her virtues and merits. Al-Suyuti, setting aside biases, has infused honesty and clarity into his writing, referring to numerous titles, virtues, and merits of Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her). The findings of this research include: the infallibility of Hazrat Zahra (peace be upon her), her effective role in the event of Mubahala, her superiority over the women of the world, her position in the acceptance of Adam’s repentance (peace be upon him), being a means of saving the Ummah from punishment, the obligation of affection towards her, and her introduction as an example of ‘Dhil-Qurba’ (relatives deserving of love and respect)."
