The effect of prose an‎d verse stories on the teaching of Persian language vocabulary in girlsʹ high school

In this research, which was conducted in a field-analytical way along with observing the results, we investigated the effect of learning Persian vocabulary through prose an‎d verse stories. The studied population in this research includes female students of the second secondary school, the students were divided into two classes of 30 students an‎d each class was divided into 6 groups of 5 students. The research tool of the teaching program is based on story an‎d observation an‎d supervision. The subjects of the test group were taught Persian language with the story of Kaveh Ahangar during 6 sessions of 90 minutes an‎d the control group including 30 students were trained during 3 sessions of 90 minutes with the help of prose translation of the silence of the sea. The data were designed an‎d compared with the help of observation, questions an‎d exams. Intra-class groups an‎d control an‎d test groups were analyzed. The findings of the research showed that teaching Persian language with the help of stories can increase studentsʹ performance in learning Persian vocabulary an‎d as a result the four language skills (listening, speaking, reading an‎d writing). Considering the capacity of the story as a tool an‎d a language teaching method that has been used by those interested in learning other languages for years as a tool to improve their language skills, the story of an intervention method to improve the performance an‎d learning of the four skills of the Persian language an‎d to improve the learning an‎d memorization of words in the second secondary level
