Abstract Today, open innovation an‎d its implementation in organizations have become a necessity to stay ahead of competitors an‎d achieve competitive advantage. Open innovation was first proposed by Chesbro in 2003 an‎d means the targeted use of knowledge flows in an‎d out of the organization to accelerate internal innovation an‎d expan‎d the market outside the organization. Implementing open innovation in organizations always requires requirements such as eva‎luating open innovation projects, appropriate organizational structure, networking, an‎d knowledge management. One of the important requirements in this regard is assessing the level of maturity of the organizationʹs open innovation. By reviewing the relevant literature an‎d research, it was determined that significant studies have been conducted in the field of innovation maturity. However, studies in the field of open innovation maturity are limited an‎d few. Also, despite the studies conducted, no model has been presented in the field of a framework for assessing the innovation maturity of the home appliance industry. This research aims to provide a framework for assessing the maturity of open innovation in the home appliance industry. By studying previous literature an‎d seeking opinions from experts at Snowtech, 15 dimensions were identified, an‎d after screening with the fuzzy Delphi method, 10 dimensions an‎d 32 criteria were approved. Based on the dimensions obtained, a questionnaire was prepared an‎d given to 7 experts at Snowtech. The data obtained were analyzed using the fuzzy DNP method, an‎d the results showed that knowledge acquisition was the first priority an‎d selec‎tability was the least important criterion.
