توسعه مدل ارزيابي آمادگي ديجيتال بر اساس مؤلفه هاي نسل پنجم صنعت با مطالعه موردي در شركت فولاد مباركه

In recent years, the emergence of concepts such as cyber-physical systems, autonomous robots, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, an‎d additive manufacturing technologies, along with advances in communications an‎d networking, has led to the emergence of the fourth generation of industry. While the focus of Industry 4.0 is mainly on the digitalization an‎d automation of processes, Industry 5.0 also pursues social, environmental, an‎d human-centered goals with a broader perspective, complementing the fourth generation model with the concepts of sustainability, human-centeredness, an‎d resilience. Although models have been proposed to assess the readiness of organizations in Industry 4.0, the lack of attention to the sustainability an‎d human-centered dimensions in these models highlights the need to provide new frameworks for Industry 5.0. The findings showed that among the 14 identified indicators, “artificial intelligence an‎d machine/deep learning”, “data-driven decision-making” an‎d “cloud technologies” have the highest centrality role in the network of indicator relationships. Also, “support from organizational leaders” was identified as the most important factor influencing other indicators. The results of the assessment of the status of Mobarakeh Steel indicate that this organization is in a favorable situation in the areas of “information technology”, “information security” an‎d “human resource training an‎d development”, while emerging components such as “augmented/virtual/mixed reality” an‎d “cloud technologies” require serious strengthening. In summary, the model proposed in this study can be used as an efficient tool for policymakers an‎d industrial managers to identify the strengths an‎d weaknesses of digitalization an‎d plan for the transition to Industry 5.0.
