A set of factors led me to translate this study.
First, the teaching profession I am undertaking. Based on the advice of dear professor, Dr. Aslani, contemplating the contents of such books and translating them into Persian can enhance my knowledge and abilities through my teaching path.
Second, one of the long-standing challenges and worries of the educational system has been teachers’ teaching quality and its efficiency. Therefore, I pursued this book having such a content.
Third, of the reasons being an incentive to select this study was similarities between Iran and Egypt in the current and past era since the ailment and remedy of the educational system of the above-mentioned countries seems the same to some extent.
Fourth, as a student studying translation, I view this study as a new experience, skill and knowledge-oriented drill to expose myself to the environment in which professors judge me. By all means, transmitting the exact intention of the author to the second language is absolutely difficult and seems improbable.
I tried to adhere to the main text considering the translating etiquettes. Yet, I considered the fluency and clearance of the text to the Persian-Speaking audience as some linguists believe that the ideal translation of a text is never offered. However, some believe that the lingual differences can’t prevent people from perceiving the contents belonging to other languages and cultures. (Kourosh Safari, Haft Goftar) Finally, ‘translation’ is an active and process-based action. I hope that I have proceeded along this path.
