One of the most important and noteworthy issues of todayʹs Iranian education is the
educational issues of the secularization of this system and, consequently, the
teachers working in this broad and long system, which many scholars have called "Adamʹs Factory". They believe that this institution, in its current form and shape, is a modern phenomenon born of the era of modernity and is, in most modern, right-wing and one of the most important features. Development tools. Therefore, this issue alone clearly shows the need to invest in this system.
The present study was organized with the title and objective of sociologically explaining the situation of secularization among secondary education teachers (first and second) in the city of Isfahan in the academic year 1401-1402. The research method is a case study and its statistical population is all secondary schools in the six districts of Isfahan city, which were selected by a combination of stratified and quota sampling (due to the Subject sensitivity). In addition, the data collection tool is a questionnaire and is cross-sectional in terms of time. The findings are reported in two separate sections, including descriptive findings (Using indices of central tendency, dispersion, and shape of the distribution) and inferential findings (using one-sample t-test, independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, covariance-based structural equation modeling). In order to perform calculations and analyze the research data, SPSS and Amos Graphic software version 26 were used. For the sample size, SPSS sample power software was used and, considering its related assumptions, 460 people were selected as the statistical sample size.
The findings and results show that the results related to the overall fit indices of the model and the main models in the direct hypotheses, namely the effects of changes in quality of life, Khayyamvargiya, trauma, international subculture and pluralism on the conventionalization of teachers, are supported by the research data and are significant at the level of (P < 0.05). The estimation of the values of the overall evaluation indices of the structural equation model shows that the proposed model is supported by the research data. in fact, the fitting of the data to the concept model and the indices indicate the desirability of the structural equation model. According to the impact coefficient values, it can be said that the effect of the quality of life variable on the secularization of teachers is inverse and moderate. This means that among a significant part of the statistical population of the research, an increase in quality of life can turn into a weakening of Secularization and be reversed. The effect of changes in chauvinism, trauma and international subculture on this variable has been estimated to be direct and in the medium range. This means that among a significant part of the research population, strengthening the Khayyamism, increasing trauma, and strengthening the international subculture can strengthen the Secularization of teachers and vice versa. In addition, the effect of pluralism on the Secularization of teachers is equal to (Beta = 0.08) and is not statistically significant.
