The data were analyzed via SPSS 26 software. The results indicated that the Career Path Agility Scale demonstrated concurrent validity (positive and significant correlation with the Career Path Agility Scale: p <0.01, r=0.55), convergent validity (positive and significant correlation with the Career Adaptability Scale by Savickas & Porfeli: p<0.01, r=0.59), and discriminant validity (negative and significant correlation with the Career Plateau Experiences Scale: p<0.01, r=-./310). Confirmatory factor analysis confirmed the factor structure of the scale. Additionally, the Career Path Agility Scale (2020), which has good internal consistency (α=0.90) and test-retest reliability, was conducted twice with three-week to one-month intervals among 30 participants (r=0.59, p<0.01). Finally, using percentile ranking norms, the scale was standardized. Overall, it can be concluded that the Career Path Agility Scale (2020) possesses desirable validity and reliability and can be utilized for measuring career path agility, particularly its new dimensions.
