يكي از اساسي‌ترين خواسته‌هاي بشر امنيت است و تأمين آن از مهمترين وظايف حكومت‌هاست. همچنين يكي از مهمترين مسائل مورد توجه كشورهاي قدرتمند جهان در شرائط كنوني حركت به سوي اولويت بندي تهديدات امنيت ملي است. در ادبيات سياسي و جامعه شناسي معاصر، اين امر از بديهي‌ترين اصول به حساب مي‌آيد. امنيت به معناي آرامش، آسودگي و ايمني است.در ميان مسائل استراتژيك خاورميانه، مشكل اقليت‌هاي فرهنگي و قومي‌را مي‌توان يكي از پايدارترين چالش‌هاي امنيتي اين منطقه برشمرد. در نيم قرن اخير به دليل ساختار فرهنگي و بومي‌كشورهاي منطقه، كمتر كشوري از تهديدها و آسيب‌هاي آن دور مانده است. سئوال اين است كه گروه‌هاي تجزيه‌طلب كردي برگرفته از اقدامات قوم‌گرايانه افراطي، در تاريخ معاصر ايران چه نقشي در تضعيف امنيت مرزي غرب و شمال غرب كشور داشته‌اند؟ علت اصلي انتخاب اين موضوع توسط پژوهشگر به خاطر علاقمندي و تحقيق براي شناسايي آسيب‌هاي امنيتي موجود در مرزهاي غربي‌و شمال غربي‌همچنين ارائه راهكار بوده است. يافته‌هاي پژوهشي حاكي از آن است كه امروزه اين مسائل امنيتي است و توسعه اقتصادي، اجتماعي و سياسي هر كشوري را رقم مي زند. در اين ميان نقش كليدي را مرزهاي سياسي هر كشور و حفظ تماميت ارضي آن بازي مي‌كند. استقرار بنيادهاي سازندگي در داخل و امنيت داخلي هر كشور، بستگي به امنيت از جانب مرزها دارد. اين پژوهش مشخص نموده كه استقرار و موقعيت جغرافيايي كليه اقوام در مرزهاي كشور معادله امنيت ملي را بيش از پيش پيچيده‌تر كرده است. اقليت قومي - مذهبي كرد و اقليت قومي‌ترك آذري در يكي از حساس‌ترين حوزه‌هاي امنيتي - راهبردي كشور و جدارهاي مرزي آن مستقر شده‌اند كه عقبه آنان در ماوراي مرزها و بيرون از حوزه‌هاي نفوذ و اثرگذاري حاكميت ملي عمدتا قرار گرفته است. در اين مناطق به عنوان بخشي حساس از مرزهاي ايران شاهد توسعه نيافتگي و رويكرد امنيتي نسبت به نواحي مرزي ديگر بوده ايم ورويكرد امنيتي سبب ايجاد هزينه‌هاي سنگين براي كشور و توسعه نيافتگي مناطق كردنشين شده است.

Analysis of the role of Kurdish separatist groups in weakening Iranʹs border security after the Islamic revolution

One of the most basic human needs is security, and providing it is one of the most important duties of governments. Also, one of the most important issues of concern to the worldʹs powerful countries in the current conditions is to prioritize threats to national security. In contemporary political and sociological literature, this is considered one of the most obvious principles. Security means peace, comfort and safety. Among the strategic issues of the Middle East, the problem of cultural and ethnic minorities can be considered one of the most stable security challenges in this region. In the last half century, due to the cultural and indigenous structure of the countries in the region, few countries have been spared from its threats and damages. The question is, what role have Kurdish separatist groups, derived from extreme ethnic acts, played in the contemporary history of Iran in weakening the border security of the west and northwest of the country? The main reason for choosing this issue by the researcher is because of his interest and research to identify the security damage in the western and northwestern borders and also to provide a solution. The researcher has focused on the issues and challenges of border security, especially in the qualitative part of this research, "documents" and "interviews". The research is based on evidence derived from the study of documents, archives or official statistics, as well as face-to-face interviews and 10 years of experience. Being in the Kurdistan region is to gather information. Research findings indicate that today these are security issues and determine the economic, social and political development of any country. In this, the political borders of each country and maintaining its territorial integrity play a key role. The establishment of construction foundations inside and the internal security of each country depends on the security of the borders. This research has determined that the establishment and geographical location of all ethnic groups within the borders of the country has made the equation of national security even more complicated. The ethnic-religious Kurdish minority and the Turkish-Azeri ethnic minority have settled in one of the most sensitive security-strategic areas of the country and its border walls. In these areas, as a sensitive part of Iranʹs borders, we have witnessed the lack of development and the security approach compared to other border areas, and the security approach has caused heavy costs for the country and the lack of development of the Kurdish areas. has been checked.
