مادري، نقشي شيرين و درعين حال پرچالش است و در صورت همراهي با نقش‌هاي ديگر، كه عمدتا مربوط به حوزه عمومي هستند، مي‌تواند چالش‌هاي بيشتري را به دنبال داشته باشد. مادري دانشگاهي، نمونه‌اي از همراهي نقش مادري با نقشي خارج از حوزه‌ي نهاد خانواده است. موضوع پژوهش پيش‌رو، دانشجويانِ مادر و توصيف تجارب آنها از همزماني دو نقش مادري و دانشجويي و چگونگي ايجاد توازن بين نقش‌هاست. اين پژوهش به روش توصيف كيفي و به‌ شيوه‌ي نمونه‌گيري هدفمند و گلوله‌‌برفي انجام شد. روش تجزيه و تحليل داده‌ها نيز، تحليل محتواي كيفي است كه مصاحبه‌ نيمه‌ساختاريافته با 25 دانشجوي مادر 20 تا 45 ساله در سال تحصيلي 1402-1403 در دانشگاه اصفهان را شامل مي¬شود. يافته‌هاي اين مطالعه، هفت مضمون اصلي را در بر مي‌گيرند كه هركدام، گوشه‌اي پنهان از تجارب زيسته‌ي دانشجويان مادر را توصيف مي‌كنند. چالش‌هاي دانشجويان مادر، مثل سنگ و شيشه، تجربه احساسات، پيامدهاي دونقش بر يكديگر، غريزه مادري و ادراك‌هاي متفاوت از تجارب مشابه، مضامين اصلي و يافته‌هاي كلي اين پژوهش هستند. همچنين اين پژوهش، نشان مي‌دهد كه اگرچه دانشجويان مادر به طوركلي از همزماني اين دو نقش استقبال مي‌كنند، اما چهار گفتمان ساختاري و فرهنگي نظام فرهنگ سنتي، آرمان فرهنگي اَبَرمادر، گفتمان فمينيسم و ساختار دانشگاه نئوليبرال و مردانه به عنوان چالش و مانع اصلي، سد راه آنها مي‌شوند.

University and motherhood: Qualitative description of mother-studentsʹ experiences of balancing motherhood and student role

Motherhood is a sweet and challenging role, and if it is combined with other roles that are mainly related to the public domain, it can be to have more challenges. Academic motherhood is an example of motherhood role being accompanied by a role outside the scope of the family institution. The subject of the upcoming research is the student mothers and the description of their experiences of the simultaneity of the two roles of mother and student and how to create a balance between the roles. This research was carried out by qualitative description and by purposeful and snowball sampling. The method of data analysis is qualitative content analysis, which includes semi-structured interviews with 25 female students aged 20 to 45 in the academic year 1402-1403 in Isfahan University. The findings of this study include seven main themes, each of which describes a hidden corner of the lived experiences of mother students. The challenges of mother students, stone and glass, experiencing emotions, the consequences of two role on each other, maternal instinct and different perceptions of similar experiences, are the main themes and general findings of this research.. Also, this research shows that although mother students generally welcome the simultaneity of these two roles, but the four structural and cultural discourses, traditional culture system, cultural ideal Super mother, feminism discourse and university structure neoliberal and masculine as the main challenge and obstacle.
