مشاوره مسيرشغلي , نظريه شناختي – اجتماعي , آرزوهاي مسيرشغلي , خودمديريتي مسيرشغلي

اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي اثربخشي مشاوره مسير شغلي مبتني بر نظريه شناختي - اجتماعي بر آرزوها و خودمديريتي مسير شغلي دانشجويان مشروطي دانشگاه اصفهان انجام شد. روش پژوهش، نيمه‌تجربي از نوع پيش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش كليه دانشجويان مشروطي دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 1402-1403 بودند. حجم نمونه 34 نفر از دانشجويان مشروطي بود كه به روش نمونه‌گيري داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و با گمارش تصادفي در دو گروه آزمايش و گواه قرار گرفتند. آزمودني‌هاي گروه آزمايش طي هشت جلسه يك ساعته كه به صورت هفتگي و گروهي اجرا مي‌شد، در برنامه مسير شغلي مبتني بر نظريه شناختي- اجتماعي شركت نمودند اما آزمودني‌‌هاي گروه گواه در اين برنامه حضور نداشتند. براي جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه آرزوهاي مسيرشغلي گريگور و ابرئين (2015) و خودمديريتي مسير شغلي استورگس و همكاران (2000) استفاده شد. داده‌ها با كمك روش تحليل كوواريانس مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها نشان داد كه مشاوره مسير شغلي مبتني بر نظريه شناختي - اجتماعي بر آرزوها و خودمديريتي مسير شغلي دانشجويان مشروطي دانشگاه اصفهان تاثير معنادار دارد (001/0P<). بنابراين ميتوان نتيجه گرفت كه با استفاده از مشاوره مسيرشغلي مبتني بر نظريه شناختي - اجتماعي، مي¬توان آرزوهاي مسيرشغلي و خودمديريتي مسيرشغلي دانشجويان مشروطي را افزايش داد.

The effectiveness of career counseling based on social-cognitive theory on career aspirations and career self-management in probationary students

This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of career counseling based on social cognitive theory on career aspirations and self-management of probationary students at the University of Isfahan. The research method was a quasi-experimental pre-test-post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all probationary students at the University of Isfahan in the academic year 2023-2024. The sample size was 34 probationary students who were selected through voluntary sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental and control groups. The subjects in the experimental group participated in a career counseling program based on social cognitive theory during eight one-hour sessions that were conducted weekly and in groups, but the subjects in the control group did not attend this program. The Career Aspirations Questionnaire by Gregor and OʹBrien (2015) and the Career Self-Management Questionnaire by Sturges et al. (2000) were used to collect data. The data were analyzed using the analysis of covariance method. The findings showed that career counseling based on social cognitive theory has a significant effect on the career aspirations and self-management of probationary students at the University of Isfahan (P<0.001). Therefore, it can be concluded that by using career counseling based on social cognitive theory, career aspirations and self-management of probationary students can be increased.
