The accountability of administrators in educational systems helps to develop learning and teaching and improve Performance ,for this reason, school administrators must take responsibility for the consequences of their actions. The purpose of this research was to develop and present an accountability model for School administrators and Validate it in Isfahan primary schools. The current research is applied in terms of Purpose ,and in terms of the method of doing the research ,it is qualitative and quantitative and mixed ,with the basic data approach and descriptive Survey method.in the qualitative part, the required data was Collected using 12 semi-structured interviews using the purposeful sampling method among education and training and educational administration experts. For the quantitative part ,data was collected from the principals of all elementary schools in Isfahan city in the academic year of 2021- 2022 through a questionnaire.in order to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire Cronbachs alpha method was also used and the reliability of 0.75 was obtained .The number of samples in the quantitative section was 125 people, which was obtained through random cluster sampling .The software used in the quantitative section is smart-PL. The research of the research show that 143 basic themes, 24 organizing Codes and finally 6 main dimensions) causal Categories, central Categories, contextual Categories, intervention Categories, strategic Categories and Consequences) were identified and the sub-questions of the research were answered.Also, the results obtained from the output of the Structural equations Software show that causal Categories, central Categories, contextual Categories, intervention Categories, and strategic Categories, obtained have a significant effect on the Central category, the response pattern of school principals, and the questions research is confirmed.in the quantitative part, the results showed that the designed model has a good fit and is valid in the elementary schools of Isfahan city.According to the results of the research, without a doubt the components of modeling, empowerment and training and development of managers, as well as quality orientation,provide and facilitate a platform for managers to be more accountable.the required background factors such as organizational culture components, appropriate educational equipmentand tools, and the use of new technologies, as well as specialization and macro-environmental factors provided the basis for the operationalization of strategies.The findings showed that the most important components of the central factors were the amount of knowledge and managerial skills of the manager as well as his work conscience. In the end, what made the managers accountable were causal factors, wich is the main factor (accountability of school managers) affects.According to the compiled model, the most important components of causal factors that todays society and all stakeholders expect from school administrators are commitment and responsibility and effective participation and cooperation in accountability, economic and political factors, systems of efficient human resources and finally clarification.
