شنا , استخر , رضايت , عملكرد , تحليل اهميت ـ عملكرد

هدف تحقيق حاضر تحليل اهميت ـ عملكرد ويژگي هاي موثر استخرهاي شنا بر تصميم كاربران براي مشاركت در ورزش شنا بود. روش تحقيق حاضر توصيفي از نوع تحليلي بود كه به شكل ميداني اجرا و از لحاظ هدف جزء تحقيقات كاربردي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق حاضر را كليه كاربران فعال استخرهاي شنا شهر كاشان تشكيل دادند كه به روش نمونه¬گيري در دسترس نمونه¬ها انتخاب و داده¬ها جمع آوري گرديد. تعداد 384 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقيق حاضر پرسشنامۀ محقق ساخته اي بود كه روايي آن توسط 10 نفر از اساتيد و متخصصين مديريت ورزشي و ورزش شنا بررسي شد و پايايي آن نيز از طريق آزمون ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ محاسبه شد. داده هاي تحقيق از طريق مطالعات كتابخانه اي و كار ميداني جمع¬آوري گرديد. تجزيه و تحليل داده¬ها نيز در دو بخش آمار توصيفي (جداول، نمودارها و...) و آمار استنباطي (آزمون كلموگروف اسميرنوف، آزمون تي تك¬ نمونه¬اي و مدل IPA) صورت گرفت. نتايج تحقيق منطبق با مدل IPA نشان داد ويژگي هاي موثر استخرهاي شنا بر تصميم كاربران براي مشاركت در ورزش شنا در سه منطقه اولويت كم، تمركز بر آن و حفظ عملكرد قرار گرفته اند. از اين رو، بكارگيري استراتژي¬هاي رشد و توسعه براي بهبود شرايط ضروري است

Importance-Performance Analysis of the effective features of swimming pools on the decision of users to participate in swimming

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the importance-performance of the effective features of swimming pools on usersʹ decisions to participate in swimming. The present study method was a descriptive analytical type that was conducted in the field and was part of applied research in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the present study consisted of all active users of swimming pools in Kashan city, who were selected using the convenience sampling method and data were collected. A total of 384 people were selected as the sample. The instrument of the present study was a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity was examined by 10 professors and experts in sports management and swimming, and its reliability was calculated through the Cronbachʹs alpha coefficient test. The research data were collected through library studies and fieldwork. Data analysis was also carried out in two parts: descriptive statistics (tables, graphs, etc.) and Inferential statistics (Kolmogrov-Smirnov test, one-sample t-test, and IPA model). The results of the research, consistent with the IPA model, showed that the characteristics of swimming pools that influence usersʹ decision to participate in swimming are in three areas: low priority, focus on it, and maintaining performance.
