مقدمه و اهداف:.كشتي يكي از پرطرفدارترين رشتههاي ورزشي در جهان است. در اين رشته ورزشي متغيرهاي مهمي از جملهقدرت اكسنتريك و كانستريك عضلات چهار سر و همسترينگ و نسبتهاي قدرت آگونيست و آنتاگونيست اين عضلات،تعادل،حس عمقي و عملكرد حركتي از عوامل تاثيرگذار در بهبود عملكرد ورزشي و پيشگيري از آسيب است. لذا هدف از اين پژوهش تعيينتأثير هشت هفته برنامه جامع گرم كردن فيفا 11+ تعديلشده بر قدرت، تعادل، حس عمقي و غربالگري حركت عملكردي كشتيگيران نخبه پرداخته شد.
روش پژوهش: اين تحقيق با توجه به انجام تمرين بهعنوان متغير مداخلهاي و همچنين انتخاب هدفمند آزمودنيها بر اساس معيارهاي ورود و خروج از نوع نيمه تجربي باانجام پيشآزمونوپسآزمونو در دو گروه بود. تعداد 27 نفر كشتيگير در دو گروه تمرين (13 نفر) و كنترل (14نفر) قرار گرفتند. قدرت عضلاني ناحيه زانو در دو گروه عضلاني اكستنسور و فلكسور و حس عمقي مفصل زانوبا استفاده ازدستگاه ايزوكينتيك مدل بايودكسpro3، تعادل از طريق آزمون تعادلي ستاره و دستگاه فوت پرشر و غربالگري حركت عملكردياز طريق آزمون FMS در دو زمان پيش و پسآزمون مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفت. گروه تمرين در مرحله گرمكردن از برنامه جامع گرمكردن فيفا 11+ تعديل شده استفاده كردند و گروه كنترل تمرينات خود را مطابق گذشته دريافت كردند. به منظور تجزيه و تحليل آماري دادهها با توجه به برقرار بودن شرطهاي توزيع نرمال دادهها، همگني واريانس و همگني شيبهاي رگرسيون از آزمون تحليل كوواريانس با تعديل اثر پيشآزمون استفاده شد(05/0

Introduction and Objectives: Wrestling is one of the most popular sports in the world. In this sport, crucial variables such as the imbalanced ratios of agonist and antagonist muscle strength, balance, proprioception, and functional performance play influential roles in enhancing athletic performance and preventing injuries. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the effects of eight week warm-up comprehensive program of justified fifa 11+ on power, Static balance, dynamic balance, proprioception and functional movement screen elite wrestling.
Methodology: This study, given the implementation of exercises as an intervention variable and the purposeful selection of subjects based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, was a semi-experimental research with pre-test and post-test in two groups. A total of 27 participants were divided into two groups: the training group (13 participants) and the control group (14 participants). Muscle strength of the knee in both extensor and flexor muscle groups and proprioception of the knee joint were assessed using the Biodex system pro 3 isokinetic dynamometer device. Balance was evaluated through the star balance test and a foot pressure device, and functional movement screening was conducted using the FMS test at two points in time: pre-test and post-test. The training group used the research protocol during the warm-up phase, while the control group continued with their usual training routine. Data were analyzed using analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) with pre-test adjustments, considering the fulfillment of assumptions such as normal data distribution, homogeneity of variances, and homogeneity of regression slopes.
Research Findings: The results of the present study indicated that there were significant differences between the two groups in the variables of eccentric and concentric isokinetic strength in knee flexor muscles at both angular velocities of 60 and 120 degrees per second, eccentric and concentric isokinetic strength in knee extensor muscles at an angular velocity of 120 degrees per second, and the concentric strength ratio of flexor to extensor muscles at both angular velocities of 60 and 120 degrees per second. Additionally, the functional strength ratio, which is the eccentric flexor strength to concentric extensor strength at an angular velocity of 60 degrees per second, showed significant differences between the two groups (p<0.05). However, there were no significant differences between the two groups in the post-test for the variable of eccentric and concentric isokinetic strength in knee extensor muscles at an angular velocity of 60 degrees per second (p>0.05). Moreover, significant differences were observed between the modified FIFA 11+ training group and the control group in all directions of the star balance test, static balance test, overall score of the functional movement screening test, and joint angle replication error (P<0.05). Additionally, the results of the Mann-Whitney U test indicated significant differences in the post-test for the sub-tests of deep squat, hurdle step, and active straight leg raise between the two groups (P<0.05), but no significant differences were found between the other sub-tests (P>0.05).
Conclusion: The results of the present study demonstrated that performing the modified FIFA 11+ comprehensive warm-up exercises had a significant impact on improving muscle strength and the strength ratio of hamstring to quadriceps, balance, proprioception, and functional movement screening test scores. Therefore, it is recommended that coaches and sports injury specialists use this training protocol to the likelihood of their injuries.
