The Qajar government ruled Iran from 1344-1210 AH/1925-1795 AD, and during this long period, the history of Iran saw many developments in various fields. What remains from this history are many references to religious, social, historical realities and events of that time. The court and consequently the harem were one of the socio-political institutions in Qajar history. The role that the harem and its dependents, the eunuchs, played in that era is undeniable. The present study was prepared and compiled with the aim of examining the role and performance of the eunuchs in the Qajar court and is a historical study that has been conducted using a descriptive analytical method. The main question of the research is what was the role of the eunuchs in the Qajar court? The results of the studies showed that the Qajar harem had its glory and grandeur during the reigns of Fath Ali Shah and Nasser al-Din Shah, but it was not like this during the reigns of the later kings and has almost declined. But in general, eunuchs, as the main element in the harem during the Qajar period, had a tremendous influence and left a name for themselves. In this research, various issues such as the court, the harem, various factors in them, namely the eunuchs, and their interaction and function, have been examined, and in several topics, the way these people entered the harem, their duties, political role, and economic status in the Qajar harem have been addressed. And the result of the research was that the political role and, subsequently, the economic status of these people, who left behind endowments, became more evident.
