Translation and translation criticism has an interdisciplinary nature, and in many cases, it is a subset of applied research in line with the education, quality and goals of translation, many theories have been presented in this field, each with a specific purpose. In order to improve the translation, it is worthy of attention, in this research, an attempt is made to introduce one of these theories, called the theory of the seven types of wine and darbelneh, in the novel "Koche Madaq" written by Mohammad Reza Marashi. To evaluate the quality and frequency of translation based on this theory, the novel "Zaqaq al-Mudaq" is written by Najib Mahfouz, an Egyptian writer, Mahfouz received the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1988. "Zaqaq al-Mudaq" depicts the story of a poor and traditional neighborhood in Egypt; Najib Mahfouz tries to express the existence of British colonialism and the traditional lifestyle of the people and the political and social events that happened in the heart of Egypt and the people are suffering from it in the form of a story. This research tries to achieve the goal of how much the translated text has been successful in matching the original text based on this theory, so we have selected and evaluated parts in the form of sentences and words that the translation Direct: 18% borrowing and 21% borrowing, 23% literal translation, and indirect translation: 34% displacement, 77% modulation, balance and translation. 60% idiom, 8% adaptation was obtained. And in the supplementary procedures of translation: word addition 13%, false co-roots 10%, reduction and compensation 3%, deletion 20%, specification 7%, change 92%, generalization 5% were obtained. Ambiguity and writing errors have also been examined in this research, which is worthy of attention.
