The theoretical foundations of the model are also based on the gravity model, and in order to test the hypotheses and examine the research model, the inferential statistics methods of panel data regression analysis, the ordinary least squares method, and Eviews software version 12 have been used.
The research results indicate that factors such as the unemployment rate in Iran and immigrant-receiving countries, real wages in Iran and immigrant-receiving countries, the level of labor productivity in Iran and immigrant-receiving countries, the volume of trade between Iran and immigrant-receiving countries, the geographical distance between the capital of Iran and the countries Accepting immigrants and the change of government in Iran has a significant impact on immigration from Iran to selected countries that accept immigrants, members of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), including: Germany, England, Italy, Austria and Turkey. In other words, with an increase in the variables of unemployment rate in Iran, the volume of Iranʹs trade with countries receiving immigrants, the real wage and the level of productivity in countries receiving immigration, the amount of migration from Iran to the countries receiving immigrants will increase. Therefore, it is necessary to implement correct policies and detailed plans to improve economic conditions in order to control the phenomenon of manpower migration from the country.
