The concept of servanthood is a noble one that is referred to in the highest and most unparalleled terms in the teachings of the Imams (peace be upon them) in Islamic religious texts. Since the Holy Quran, as the divine book of Muslims, recounts the stories of prophets from other religions, this study aims to examine these stories and the leadership styles of the prophets, and to present a practical and applicable model of servant leadership for organizations. To achieve this goal, information was gathered using thematic analysis and thematic networks. By studying the text and translation of the Quranic verses, 3,376 initial themes were extracted. Initially, these themes were sorted, and similar themes were grouped together. Subsequently, through a detailed conceptual analysis, themes that were conceptually similar were combined, resulting in 81 basic themes. In the next step, these 81 basic themes were further reviewed and merged based on content and appearance, leading to the identification of 19 sub-themes. In the final step, after integrating the sub-themes, 6 main themes were identified. The six main dimensions of the designed model for servant leadership include communications, mutual awareness and perception, planning, spirituality, power-sharing, and personality traits. The results of this study can serve as a foundation for developing theories and practical models of servant leadership in other divine religions as well.
