Nowadays, the quality of urban life is the most basic issue in optimizing the living environment of humans. Therefore, it can be acknowledged that the quality of life reflects the living conditions and well-being of people. Basically, the theory of quality of life is the expansion and development of the concepts of the quality of peopleʹs living environment in order to provide them with the best living practices. Urban areas are facing important challenges related to social exclusion, physical and environmental destruction, lack of housing and traffic, insecurity, unemployment, which greatly reduce the quality of urban life. For this reason, in this research, the main goal And it is essential to measure the quality of life of residents and citizens in Flowerjan city. Based on this, the theoretical literature presented in the field of quality of life has been reviewed and studied. Finally, four dimensions have been considered for this evaluation: dimensions of physical quality, social quality, economic and environmental quality, and urban governance. The current research is in terms of purpose (applicative) and in terms of nature (descriptive-analytical). The statistical population investigated in this thesis is the heads of families as well as a number of experts and officials specializing in the field of urban development and urban planning in Flowerjan city. It has two types of questionnaires for experts and citizens. A cluster sampling method was used and the city of Flowerjan was classified according to localities and a questionnaire was randomly given to the heads of families. The results of this research show that in relation to the citizens, transportation indicators with an average of 2.6, renovation and attention to the facade of the building with an average of 2.9, facilities and facilities (water, electricity, gas) with an average of 7. 2 and urban lighting with an average of 2.5 were lower than average (3). In relation to urban governance, it can be said that the observance of citizenʹs rights with an average of 2.9 is lower than average from the point of view of citizens, but the rest of the dimensions and indicators were higher than average. Also, in relation to expertsʹ opinions, Economic dimensions, environmental dimensions and urban governance in the city of Flowerjan have performed a little weakly.
