Over the decades, the use of mixed use has become an important paradigm in urban planning. In such a way that in new urban theories, the use of mixed use is specifically mentioned as a strategy to solve the problems caused by traditional zoning. Therefore, in this research, physical-spatial redistribution with the information of land use mix in Isfahan University was discussed. This research is in terms of applied-developmental purpose and in terms of library, documentary, survey, descriptive and analytical nature. The statistical population in this research includes the beneficiary population which includes students, employees and professors of the university, the community of trustees and officials of the university and the community of university experts and the sampling method is simple random and to select the sample size for the statistical population of experts using the snowball method. And for the trustees and officials, the census method was used, and for the statistical population of the beneficiaries (students, professors and employees), the Cochran formula was used. In the analysis part, the factor analysis method was used to determine the main components of the mix of uses, and the results based on 36 variables show that for the community of professors, 4 factors, students, employees and officials have the most variance in the realization of the mix of uses in Isfahan University. In order to understand the current situation in this research, the necessary information has been obtained based on data extraction through questionnaires of professors, students, employees and officials in six physical, environmental, economic, social, cultural and managerial dimensions. Also, by using the SWOT model, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the realization of mixed use in the university were obtained, and then appropriate strategies were presented in physical, environmental, economic, social, cultural and management dimensions. Finally, using hierarchical analysis, ambit 2-4 and pedestrian axis 1-1 are in the first priority and pawn axes 1-13, 1-14 and 1-15 are in the last priority.
