Today, too, our children and adolescents need to be educated on different matters. Having treasures like these literary works in Persian literature, we can produce works for todayʹs children and adolescents; works that both have roots in our homeland and are presented in accordance with the understanding of contemporary audience. The tools that help make these stories readable and connectable for todayʹs children and adolescents are rewriting and recreation. In rewriting, the language of the work turns simple and modern, and by preserving the structure, content, and originality of the work, a new and artistic structure is given to it. Rewriting is done in two manners: simple or creative. On the other hand, recreation is when one is inspired by old works to create new and modern stories. In recreation, the author is not required to maintain the originality of the ancient work. They only take inspiration from the original work and then create their own work.
