سارك، , همكاري، , همگرايي، , منطقه، , همكاري‌هاي منطقه اي و جنوب آسيا

اين پژوهش باهدف تحليل نقش سازمان همكاري منطقه‌اي جنوب آسيا (سارك) درتسهيل همكاري‌هاي منطقه‌اي جنوب آسيا انجام شده است سارك به‌عنوان يكي از مهم‌ترين نهاد منطقه‌اي در جنوب آسيا باهدف تقويت همكاري‌هاي اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي ميان كشورهاي عضو تأسيس شده است؛ اما باوجود گذشت چندين دهه از تأسيس اين سازمان همكاري‌هاي منطقه‌اي در جنوب آسيا همچنان با چالش‌هاي جدي روبرو است. در اين پژوهش ضمن بررسي ساختار اهداف و عملكرد سارك به تحليل عوامل مؤثر بر همكاري منطقه‌اي جنوب آسيا و نقش سارك در اين زمينه پرداخته شده است هم چنين چالش‌هاي موجود در راه تحقق همكاري‌هاي منطقه‌اي در چارچوب سارك و راه كارهاي بهبود عملكرد اين سازمان مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان مي‌دهد كه سارك در تسهيل همكاري‌هاي منطقه اي جنوب آسيا نقش مهمي ايفا كرده است. بااين‌حال اين سازمان با محدوديت‌هاي و چالش‌هاي نيز مواجه بوده است كه از جمله آنها مي‌توان به رقابت‌هاي منطقه‌اي، اختلافات تاريخي، و عدم توافق در برخي مسائل كليدي اشاره كرد. روش پژوهش در اين تحقيق توصيفي-تحليلي بوده و اطلاعات و داده‌هاي اين پژوهش با استفاده از منابع كتابخانه‌اي و وب‌محور (اينترنتي) گردآوري ‌شده است. در نهايت بر اساس نتايج اين پژوهش پيشنهاداتي براي تقويت نقش سارك در تسهيل همكاري‌هاي منطقه اي در جنوب آسيا ارائه شده است. اين پيشنهادها شامل تقويت مكانيزم‌هاي تصميم‌گيري، افزايش همكاري در حوزه اقتصادي، اجتماعي و فرهنگي وحل فصل اختلافات موجود ميان كشور هاي عضو است.

Analysis of the role of SAARC regional cooperation organization (South Asia)

This research has been conducted with the aim of analyzing the role of the South Asian Regional Cooperation Organization (SAARC) in facilitating regional cooperation in South Asia. SAARC was established as one of the most important regional institutions in South Asia with the aim of strengthening economic, social and cultural cooperation among member countries. However, despite the passage of several decades since the establishment of this regional cooperation organization in South Asia, it still faces serious challenges. In this research, while examining the structure of SAARCʹs goals and performance, the factors affecting regional cooperation in South Asia and the role of SAARC in this field have been analyzed. Also, the challenges in the way of realizing regional cooperation within the framework of SAARC and ways to improve the performance of this organization have been examined. has taken The findings of this research show that SAARC has played an important role in facilitating regional cooperation in South Asia. However, this organization has also faced limitations and challenges, including regional rivalries, historical differences, and lack of agreement on some key issues. The research method in this research is descriptive-analytical and the information and data of this research has been collected using library and web-based (Internet) resources. Finally, based on the results of this research, suggestions have been made to strengthen the role of SAARC in facilitating regional cooperation in South Asia. These proposals include strengthening decision-making mechanisms, increasing cooperation in the economic, social and cultural fields and resolving existing disputes between member countries.
