Today the acceleration of the development of new technologies has given significant shocks to the traditional powers of world industry. This new condition, which is called a break in the term, shows the change in the nature and processes of innovation. The occurrence of these changes has sensitized the managers of large companies in finding a solution to overcome these waves of disruption. The proposed strategy to save in this situation depends on how the company works in active interaction with peripheral actors in order to promote innovation and transformation in the organization. An interaction that occurs in a living, active and evolving platform. The formation of such a mechanism requires the development of capabilities to discover new ideas, experiment, accept failure and interact with actors outside the enterprise, in conditions similar to a living natural environment, which was first formally defined as an innovation ecosystem in 2006 by Adner (2006). and since then, it has been the subject of attention of scientists in the field of innovation.
One of the remarkable aspects in this matter is the very high dynamics and high diversity of elements, which has challenged the indexing and monitoring of the ecosystem. For this, sophisticated analytical tools are required. In recent years, studies have been started to analyze this dynamic, but despite the efforts made, it seems that the dynamic nature of the ecosystem has been given less attention in studies, especially in corporate innovation ecosystems.
In this research, the variables affecting an innovation ecosystem (a case study in Mobarakeh steel) have been examined and analyzed, and further efforts have been made to analyze this ecosystem by using the tools of dynamic analysis, modeling and using the system dynamics method. Therefore, the results of this research, while identifying the influential variables, provide information to the managers of large enterprises and key players of the innovation ecosystem to obtain a more comprehensive analysis of the ecosystem and adopt appropriate policies for its survival and development. Mobarakeh Steel Company is currently developing the innovation ecosystem in the field of steel industry and its value chain. According to this issue, this ecosystem has been studied as an example. The general comparison of the changes and the evaluation of the scenarios developed in this research shows that although environmental factors and risks can have effects in reducing ecosystem stability, on the other hand, among the positive factors examined, factors and variables such as the amount of risky investment, The attractiveness factor of the ecosystem and the distribution of profit can have significant positive effects in joint development, increase in economic profit and sustainability of the ecosystem.
In addition to large commercial and industrial enterprises, universities and collections that want to play the role of a key player or leader of an innovation ecosystem, or as an ecosystem player, it is important for them to monitor the dimensions of the innovation ecosystem, can be the audience of the current research results.
