دوره‌ي صفويه , صادرات و واردات , ، گياهان دارويي و ادويه , تجارت بين‌المللي

ايران دوران صفويه، به عنوان يكي از مهمترين مراكز توليد و صادرات گياهان دارويي و ادويه در جهان به حساب مي‌آمد. اين دوره معادله‌اي از عوامل سياسي، اقتصادي و فرهنگي بود كه به رشد و گسترش صادرات و واردات گياهان دارويي در ايران كمك كرد. پايان‌نامه حاضر به "بررسي و تحليل صادرات و واردات گياهان دارويي و ادويه‌ در ايران دوره صفويه " مي‌پردازد. ابتدا، با استفاده از منابع تاريخي و مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي، تاريخچه صادرات و واردات گياهان دارويي در ايران بررسي مي‌شود و سپس، نقش تجارت گياهان دارويي و ادويه در اقتصاد جامعه صفويه مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد و تاثير آن بر روند توسعه و رشد اقتصادي تحليل مي‌شود. در ادامه، به بررسي عوامل موثر بر صادرات و واردات گياهان دارويي در دوران صفويه پرداخته مي‌شود. عواملي مانند سياست‌هاي دولت، روابط با كشورهاي همسايه، فناوريهاي توليد و فرآوري، نيروي كار و نيازهاي بازار مورد بررسي قرار مي‌گيرد و همچنين، نقش تجارت گياهان دارويي در تقويت روابط ديپلماتيك و فرهنگي ايران با ساير كشورها، نيز بررسي خواهد شد. در پايان، با استفاده از داده‌هاي تاريخي و تحليل‌هاي آماري، انتظار داريم نتايجي مبني بر نقش با اهميت تجارت گياهان دارويي در اقتصاد، سياست و وجوه اجتماعي و فرهنگي ايران دوره صفويه به دست ‌آيد.

Analysis of Exports and Imports of Medicinal Plants and Spices in Iran During the Safavid Era.

The Safavid era saw Iran emerge as one of the most significant centers of production and export of medicinal plants and spices, globally. This period was characterized by a confluence of political, economic, and cultural factors that contributed to the growth and expansion of the exports and imports of medicinal plants and spices in Iran. The present thesis addresses the "Investigation and Analysis of Medicinal Plants and Spices Exports and imports in Iran during the Safavid Period". First, using historical sources and library studies, the history of medicinal plant exports and imports in Iran is examined, and then economy of the Safavid Society is examined, and its impact on the process of economic development and growth is analized. In the continuation, the factors affecting the exports and imports of medicinal plants and spices during the Safavid Period will be examined. Factors such as government policies, relations with neighboring countries, production and processing technologies, labor force, and market needs will be considered. Additionally, the role of the trade in medicinal plants and spices in strengthening Iran`s diplomatic and cultural relations with other countries will be examined. In conclusion, using historical data and statistical analysis, results can be obtained regarding the important role of the trade of medicinal plants and spices in the economy, policies, and social and cultural aspects of Iran during the Safavid era.
