زنان نابارور , پويايي‌هاي زوجي , تحليل مضمون

هدف از پژوهش حاضر واكاوي پويايي‌هاي زوجي در زنان نابارور شهر اصفهان بود. براي دستيابي به اين هدف، روش پژوهش كيفي با رويكرد تحليل مضمون به كار رفت. جامعه مورد مطالعه پژوهش زنان نابارور 18 تا 40 ساله شهر اصفهان در سال 1402و 1403 بودند. بر اساس روش نمونه‌گيري هدفمند 14 نفر از اين زنان كه حداقل به مدت يك سال در حال اقدام به بچه دار شدن بودند و موفق به فرزندآوري نشده بودند، انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوري داده‌ها مصاحبۀ نيمه ساختاريافته با شركت كنندگان انجام شد. محتواي مصاحبه‌ها به صورت كامل پياده سازي شد و بر اساس روش كلارك و براون مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفتند. در مرحلۀ نخست تعداد 1040 كد مفهومي شناسايي شد. سپس اين كدها در قالب 27 مقوله و شش مضمون تقسيم‌بندي شدند. مضمون اول «فرايندهاي رابطه زوجي» شامل مقوله‌هاي «صميميت در رابطه زوجي»، «شيوه‌هاي حل تعارض» و «محتواي تعارض» بود. مضمون دوم «كاركردهاي فرزندآوري» بود كه شامل مقوله‌هاي «نياز زيستي»، «تربيت و رشد»، «تكامل رابطه زوجي»، «تجربه مادري»، «انتساب نقش پدري» و «هدف زندگي مشترك» بود. سومين مضمون، «شيوه‌هاي مقابله‌اي با ناباروري» بود كه شامل «دوري گزيني»، «كاهش برانگيختگي» و «مواجه مسئله محور» بود. چهارمين مضمون نيز «عوامل استرس‌زا بر رابطه زوجي» نام گرفت كه اين عوامل شامل «دروني»، «اقتصادي»، «اجتماعي»، «خانوادگي»، «زوجي»، «جنسي» و «پيامدهاي درمان ناموفق» بودند. پنجمين مضمون نيز با نام «ياري‌رسان‌هاي رابطه» شامل مقوله‌هاي «ويژگي‌هاي فردي دلربا»، «حمايت نزديكان»، «معنويت»، «جنسي»، «رفتارهاي حامي گرايانه» و «نقاط قوت رابطه» بودند. آخرين مضمون نيز «پيامدهاي نبود فرزند در رابطه زوجي» بود كه شامل «پيامدهاي منفي» و «پيامدهاي مثبت» بود. نهايتاً با در نظر گرفتن اين مقوله‌ها و مضامين، شبكه مضامين ترسيم شد. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش حاكي از گستردگي و تنوع پويايي‌هاي زوجي همسران نابارور بود. نتايج حاصل از اين پژوهش مي‌تواند به‌منظور شناخت هر چه بيشتر و بهبود كيفيت تعاملات همسراني كه درگير پديده ناباروري هستند مورد استفاده قرار بگيرد.

Exploring the marital dynamics in infertile women of Isfahan City

The present study aimed to analyze couple dynamics in infertile women in Isfahan City. To achieve this goal, the qualitative method of thematic analysis was utilized, The study population of the research was infertile women aged 18 to 40 in Isfahan city in 2023 and 2024. Based on the purposeful sampling method, 14 of these women, who had been trying to conceive for at least one year and had not succeeded, were selected by the purposeful sampling method. For collecting data, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the participants and the interviews were fully implemented. The interviews were analyzed and coded. In the first stage, 1040 concept codes were identified. Then these codes were categorized into 27 categories and six themes. The first theme named "couple relationship processes" included "intimacy in couple relationship", "conflict resolution methods" and "conflict content". The second theme with the name of "childbearing functions", included the categories of "biological need", "training and growth", "improvement of couple relationship", "motherhood experience", "attribution of fatherʹs role" and "purpose of marriage". The third theme was comprised of "methods of dealing with infertility", which includes "avoidance", "reduction of arousal" and "Problem-oriented facing". The fourth theme was called "stressful factors in infertility", which included "internal", "economical", "social", "family", " marital", "sexual" and "consequences of unsuccessful treatment". The fifth theme, named "relationship support", included the categories of "charming personal characteristics", "support of relatives", "spirituality", "sexuality", "supportive behaviors" and "Relationship strengths". The last theme was "consequences of not having children in a coupleʹs relationship", which includes "negative consequences" and "positive consequences". Finally, the network of themes was drawn considering these categories and themes. The findings of this research indicated the extent and diversity of couple dynamics of infertile spouses. Infertility centers can use findings from this research to identify infertile couples improving the quality of their marital relationship.
