فوتبال حرفه اي عراق فراز و نشيب هاي زيادي را پشت سر گذاشته است. با توجه به ورود قدرت سياسي به اين عرصه، بازيكنان محدوديت ها و شرايط سختي را پشت سر گذاشته اند و شكست در هر مسابقه از نظر هواداران از دست دادن وجهه و هويت مردم عراق تلقي مي شود. هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه تصوير و هويتي از آينده فوتبال حرفه اي عراق به منظور بهبود آينده اين ورزش است. اين پژوهش از حيث هدف كاربردي و از نظر داده ها كيفي بود كه با تلفيق روش هاي تحليل تم، تحليل لايه‌اي علتها و سناريو سازي به روش ديتور انجام شد. مشاركت كنندگان شامل 18 نفر از خبرگان فوتبال عراق بودند. نتايج نشان داد كه نبود ارزش ويژه برند و عدم وجود سياست‌هاي مبتني بر زيرساخت‌ها و تجهيز آنها مهم ترين عدم قطعيت هاي آينده فوتبال حرفه اي عراق بود. همچنين تحليل‌ها نشان داد كه ترس از شكست و باور به اينكه خشونت قدرت مي‌آورد در لايه‌هاي گفتمان و استعاره و اسطوره و عدم وجود يكپارچگي و انعطاف پذيري در قوانين منجر به مشكلات مطرح شده هستد. براساس اين يافته‌ها چهار سناريوي رقابت جوانمردانه، مرگ تدريجي، گورستان چند طبقه و 127 ساعت شكل گرفت. سناريوهاي ترسيم شده به سياستگذاران و مديران فدراسيون كمك مي كند تا هويت و تصوير فوتبال حرفه اي عراق را با ايجاد زبان مشترك، توسعه ديپلماسي سياسي و فرهنگي، افزايش اخلاق ورزشي حرفه اي و توسعه شجاعت و عدالت تغيير دهند.

Images and future identities of Iraqi professional football

Iraqi professional football has gone through many ups and downs. Due to the entry of political power in this arena, the players have gone through restrictions and difficult conditions, and failure in every match is considered by the fans as the loss of the image and identity of the Iraqi people. The aim of the current research is to provide an image and identity of the future of Iraqi professional football in order to improve the future of this sport. This research is practical in terms of its purpose, and its analysis method was qualitative, combining thematic analysis, layered analysis of causes, and scenario creation using the Dator method. The community is a collection of experts, professors and managers who have mastered this field, and the sampling in the interview was purposeful in order to extract the output of the CLA method and saturation was created with 18 people, and to form the scenarios, focus groups consisting of 12 experts from the stratified analysis stage were created, used. The findings in the stage of layered analysis of the causes showed that at the litany level, numerous failures and restrictions and difficult conditions for the players and the entry of political powers, and in the next stages, in the systemic reasons, the existence of a battlefield view of the sport of football, and at the level of the discourse, valuing the behaviors Harsh to power and domination and finally their expression in metaphor and myth in the form of slogans that consider football as a symbol of unity, is the root of the problems of the current image and identity of Iraqi professional football. Based on the output of the layered analysis of the causes, four scenarios were drawn, based on which it was determined that in order for all the stakeholders and policy makers of this field to be able to change the image and identity of Iraqi professional football in the future, it is necessary to create a common language in this The field and model of development of political diplomacy and culture should be tried simultaneously in the field of the development of sports professional ethics and spreading courage and justice.
