Football is one of the most important industries in Iran. In order to develop the Premier League of Iraqi Football in the horizon of 1410 and provide a proposal to improve the current situation, this research is carried out by determining future scenarios. This research has been used from the point of view of practical purpose, from the qualitative and theoretical point of view, in terms of normative and scenario writing. The community of researchers has been a collection of experts and elites in the football industry, especially Iraqi football. Sampling in this research was purposeful and accessible. The method of use was to analyze the results of scenario writing using the mutual hardware matrix and the scenario wizard software, whose key keys were evaluated through the Mic software. First, using the opinions of 30 elites, the stability of the system was investigated in MikMak software, and the different modes of key changes were determined by 10 experts, and compatible scenarios were created from the Scenario Wizard software using 5 of them. . . Among the 20 primary variations identified in the form of 8 main categories, 10 effects of performance change are implemented, which include: regulation of support rules for spectators and fans, existence of growth and training clubs, existence of talent centers, existence of spaces with competition potential, regulation of rules commercial and sponsorship of sponsors, creating a market to sell league goods, setting unified rules for the use of stadiums equipped with clubs, marketing plans for pricing ticket matches, using virtual space to create special brand value and identifying the spatial and temporal locations of branding. The findings were proposed in the form of three favorable, continuing and unfavorable scenarios for the Iraqi Football League. The scenarios show that the continuation of the situation cannot create suitable conditions for League One and it is better to follow long-term plans than to determine the optimal situation by using the performance based on the desired scenario.
