مجموعه‌‌ي مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين , مشتق جهتي مرتبه‌دوم , شرايط بهينگي مرتبه‌دوم , مسئله رتبه تنظيم‌شده

در اين پايان‌نامه به شرايط بهينگي مرتبه دوم براي مسائل برنامه‌ريزي با قيود مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين پرداخته مي‌شود. به‌منظور دست‌يابي به اين هدف، ابتدا يك توصيف دقيق از مجموعه مماسي مرتبه دوم نسبت به مجموعه مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين از نظر مشتق جهتي مرتبه‌دوم عملگر تصوير برروي مجموعه مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين ارائه داده مي‌شود و سپس از مجموعه مماسي مرتبه دوم نسبت به مجموعه مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين استفاده مي‌گردد تا شرايط لازم و كافي مرتبه دوم بهينگي براي مسائل برنامه‌ريزي با قيود مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين تحت توصيف‌هاي قيدي زيرمنظمي مناسبي به‌دست آيند. هم‌چنين شرط لازم بهينگي مرتبه دوم به‌دست آمده از طريق فرمول بندي قيود مكمل مخروط نيمه‌معين از مسائل رتبه تنظيم‌شده نيمه‌معين نشان داده مي‌شود.

Second-Order Optimality Conditions for Optimization Problems with Semidefinite Cone Complementarity Constraints and Applications

This thesis concerns second-order optimality conditions for the mathematical program with semidefinite cone complementarity constraints. To achieve this goal, an exact characterization of the second-order tangent set to the semidefinite cone complementarity set has been provided in terms of the second-order directional derivative of the projection operator onto the semidefinite cone complementarity set. This characterization is then used to derive second-order necessary and sufficient conditions for the mathematical program with semidefinite cone complementarity constraints under suitable subregularity constraint qualifications. The obtained second-order necessary optimality condition is also illustrated through the reformulation of the semidefinite rank regularized problem within the mathematical program with semidefinite cone complementarity constraints.
