Considering the importance and important role of the suggestion system in increasing creativity and innovation, improving the quality of working life of Isfahan University employees and students, strengthening organizational learning and hearing the voice of employees, all of which are in line with the achievement and promotion of the universityʹs goals, and considering that until now In the University of Isfahan, this issue has not been addressed in a serious and continuous manner, in this research, an attempt is made to design a suggestion system for the employees of the University of Isfahan. By designing and establishing the employee suggestion system of Isfahan University, in addition to benefiting from the mentioned positive results, its data, which can be systematically stored and retrieved, can be used in other administrative cases such as performance evaluation, employee promotion system, and service compensation system and so on.
In this research, to design a suggestion system for the employees of Isfahan University, the process of this system, its evaluation criteria and its implementation guidelines are determined. This research is of mixed Method and will be done in four phases. In the first stage, theoretical sources related to the research were collected using the library method. In the second stage, using the interviews conducted with the employees of Isfahan University, important themes in terms of topics and implementation methods of the Suggestions system are extracted by MAXQDA 2020 software. In the third step, the data required in this research are collected using the questionnaire method and data analysis is done by Excel 2021. Considering the necessity of having sufficient expertise and experience in the field of human resources and especially the implementation of the suggestion system, the questionnaire approved by two respected professors of the faculty, were distributed among 28 experts and managers of the financial and administrative assistance of the university, especially in the field of human resources and welfare affairs, 21 of these questionnaires were answered and the quantitative results were analyzed. In the fourth stage, based on the findings of the research, the structure of the suggestion system for the employees of Isfahan University is designed and presented. For this purpose, the general requirements for the suggestion system design, goals, elements and structure, the implementation process including the suggestion acceptance process and the suggestion monitoring process, the way to appreciate the participants and evaluation criterion of the suggestions were determined. All of them have been compiled in the form of "Procedure for accepting and monitoring the suggestions of Isfahan University employees" and can be used in the implementation of this system in Isfahan University
