The present age is called the age of communication. The significant expansion of communication and the unprecedented development of new communication technologies and the change of communication methods among people in the society are all characteristics of the society in which we live. The use of these new media is a necessary condition for changing the structure and improving the position in such societies. New communication technologies, including the Internet, with its extensive growth, have provided many changes in the structure of societies. One of the special features of this technology is the possibility of communication regardless of time and place, changes in the way of life, as well as social and cultural changes. Internet, by allocating virtual space, has provided the possibility of womenʹs presence without time and place limitations, in todayʹs societies, to shape their respective public domain
in this space, and in this way to prove their presence and participation in the society. deliver Women who have been legally and conventionally kept away from being in the society and introducing themselves, as they themselves have understood. Therefore, by being in such an environment, they are looking for that missing person who shapes and completes their identity. One of These manifestations are employment in the virtual space, which is in line with many benefits for women, as some of them, after a while, both gain power and gain fame with their own manifestations. The aim is to describe the limitations that women face on the way to employment and virtual business, using a qualitative method - qualitative content analysis and during 15 interviews with women bloggers in the Instagram space. The findings of this study are in the form of three categories. "acquiring power and identity", "problematic femininity" and attraction of representation" and 12 concepts of "welfare", "dream of fame", "search for freedom", "adherence to the norm", "terrible judgment", "competition game" "Mixing of public and private sphere", "filtering barrier", "verbal violence", "attraction trick", "influence management" and "fat language" were achieved.
