he meaning of employee voice is to consult with them and allow them in organizational decisions. Employee voice is a psychological concept that is related to the quality and quantity of expressing peopleʹs opinions, feelings and beliefs about work and the organization and is defined as the process of increasing the motivation of employees, therefore it is important to pay attention to it as one of the most valuable issues of the organization. . This research was done with the aim of designing the voice pattern of the employees in Al-Zahra Teaching Hospital in Iraq. The current research is an applied research in terms of its purpose and in terms of method, it is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. In the qualitative part, interviews were conducted with 17 managers and medical, health and nursing staff of Al-Zahra Teaching Hospital in Iraq. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the contextual approach in three stages of open, central and selective coding. In order to check the validity of the qualitative part, the content validity index and ratio were used, and in order to measure the reliability, the retest method was used. The results of this section showed the causal factors in two categories of individual and organizational factors, the central phenomenon of asking employees for opinions, commenting on various issues of the organization, participation in decision-making, presenting employeesʹ opinions, talking and discussing about the organization, formal and informal strategies. official, contextual factors to the diversity of the workforce, the maturity level of employees, collaborative leadership style, cultural intelligence, the alignment of goals of employees and managers, the ability of managers, intervention factors to the factors of societyʹs culture, environment with high uncertainty, learning organization and the consequences for two The categories of individual consequences and organizational consequences were divided. In the quantitative part, to test the conceptual model of the research, a researcher-made questionnaire tool was used, and the validity and reliability of this tool was determined by Cronbachʹs alpha coefficients of 85/. and factor loadings and content validity index are approved. The statistical population in the quantitative section that included the medical, health and nursing staff of Al-Zahra Teaching Hospital (S) in Iraq was 1610 people, of which 312 people were selected as the sample size using the Karjesi and Morgan table and the stratified sampling method proportional to the sample size. The designed model was tested with the help of AMOS software using the structural equation method. In the end, the results of the quantitative part showed the validity of the model designed in the qualitative part and the acceptance of all research hypotheses. Also, practical suggestions for managers and future researchers were presented.
