در حوزه فلسفه دين، مسئله قلمرو دين به‌عنوان يكي از مسائل مهم مطرح شده است. در دوران جديد، نگرش منفي به دين شكل گرفته و دين به‌عنوان بي‌فايده در زندگي انسان تلقي شده است. اما تلاش دينداران براي احياي دين در فرهنگ غربي، نظريات جديد دينداري را مطرح كرده و دين را در بعد فردي زنده كرده است. آيت‌الله مصباح يزدي به‌عنوان يك عالم با ديدگاه حداكثري به دين، در بحث‌هاي فلسفي و ديني تأكيد دارد كه دين نه‌تنها در زمينه امور فردي و اخروي مؤثر است، بلكه در تنظيم امور سياسي و اجتماعي نيز نقش دارد. او در پاسخ به نگرش‌هاي حداقلي در مورد قلمرو دين، با تأكيد بر مباني قرآني و روايي، نگرش حداكثري را مورد حمايت قرار مي‌دهد. اين تحقيق با بررسي نظريات آيت‌الله مصباح يزدي با روش توصيفي-تحليلي، مباني فلسفي و ديدگاه‌هاي او در مورد دخالت دين در زندگي انسان، به تبيين نظام‌مند ديدگاه‌هاي ايشان در مسئله قلمرو دين مي‌پردازد. آيت‌الله مصباح يزدي نقد و رد ديدگاه حداقلي سكولاريسم را ارائه كرده و به اهميت دين در مسائل اجتماعي و حكومت اشاره دارد. او تأكيد دارد كه حاكميت غيرخداوند نيز با اذن او مشروع است و بر اهميت انتظارات ديني در زندگي انسان تأكيد مي‌كند. ايشان به دو نوع جامعيت در دين، درون ديني و برون ديني، اشاره كرده و ديدگاه حداكثري و حداقلي را مورد بررسي قرار داده است. آيت‌الله مصباح يزدي اهميت نقش انبيا و ائمه در دين اسلام را بيان كرده و بر مشروعيت حكومت اسلامي از دو منبع خداوند و رأي مردم تأكيد دارد. او بر ضرورت تشكيل نهادهاي ديني و فرهنگ امر به‌ معروف و نهي‌ازمنكر در جامعه اسلامي تأكيد دارد و اهميت مشاركت مردم در بهبود جامعه را بيان مي‌كند. آيت‌الله مصباح يزدي در بحث دين و امور سياسي به نقد جدائي دين از دولت و ارزش‌هاي سكولاريسم، توسعه علم و فناوري، حقوق انساني، و پذيرش تنوع مذهبي مي‌پردازد و بر ويژگي‌ها و اصالت دين اسلام تأكيد دارد. او امكان زندگي معني‌دار و پويا را با ارتباط فرد به معنويت و خدا امكان‌پذير مي‌داند. همچنين نمونه‌هايي از شواهد عدم موفقيت جوامع سكولار و نقد برخي مؤلفه‌هاي اصلي اين جوامع با نگاه به ديدگاه ايشان موردبررسي قرارداده شده است

In the field of philosophy of religion, the question of realm has been raised as one of the important issues. In the new era, negative attitudes to religion have formed and religion has been viewed as useless in human life. But religious attempts to revive religion in Western culture have introduced new religious theories and revived religion in the individual dimension. ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi, as a scholar with a maximum view of religion, emphasizes philosophical and religious debates that religion is not only effective in the field of individual and fraternity affairs، It also plays a role in the regulation of political and social affairs. In response to the minimalist attitudes about the realm of religion, he supports the maximum attitude by emphasizing Quranic and narrative principles. This research examines the views of Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, his philosophical foundations and views on the involvement of religion in human life, to systematically explain his views on the question of realm.ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi presents a critique and rejection of the minimum view of secularism and points to the importance of religion in social issues and government. He emphasizes that the sovereignty of the non-God is also legitimate by his permission and emphasizes the importance of religious expectations in human life. He has pointed to two types of comprehensiveness in religion, within religion and outside religion, and has studied the maximum and minimum view. ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi expresses the importance of the role of the prophets and Imams in the religion of Islam and emphasizes the legitimacy of the Islamic State from two sources of God and the vote of the people. He emphasizes the necessity of forming religious institutions and the culture of the famous and the prohibition of the denier in the Islamic society and expresses the importance of peopleʹs participation in the improvement of society. ayatollah Mesbah-Yazdi discusses religion and political affairs in criticizing the separation of religion from state and values of secularism, the development of science and technology, human rights، and acceptance of religious diversity and emphasizes the characteristics and authenticity of the religion of Islam. He considers the possibility of a meaningful and dynamic life possible by connecting the individual to spirituality and God
