Purpose: The purpose of this research is to prioritize the factors affecting the choice of Indian products from the perspective of Iraqi consumers.
Research method: The present research is descriptive-analytical in terms of method, and it is practical in terms of purpose, and in terms of classification, it is among quantitative researches.
Research findings: The variable of efficiency and usability and logic with consumer culture has a relatively strong correlation with the dependent variable. The rest of the mentioned variables have an average relationship with the dependent variable. In this research, product quality, product price, brand type, variety of products, efficiency and usability are factors, and product type design, after-sales service provision, supply of raw materials, business ethics, logic with disabled consumer culture are considered.
Conclusion: In order to survive and maintain their professional services, Indian brands must provide innovative business models, revise business plans, create innovative financial products, marketing solutions, services and processes, provide superior experience for provide customers, manage relationships in a modern way with customer participation, use mobile banking and cloud services for customer satisfaction, and use big data and artificial intelligence techniques to advance the customer experience, including solutions Based on the blockchain in the online community, increase.
