درآمدهاي نفتي , شاخص اميد به زندگي , كنترل فساد , ثبات سياسي , خشكسالي , توسعه اقتصادي عراق

توسعه يكي از دغدغه‌هاي هميشگي بشر در طول تاريخ بوده است يكي از جنبه‌هاي توسعه، توسعه اقتصادياست كه بهبود آن فوايد بيشماري از جمله افزايش رفاه، كاهش بيكاري و غيره را متوجه جامعه خواهد كرد. ازاين‌رو بررسي عوامل مؤثر بر توسعه اقتصادييك جامعه مي‌تواند بساير حائز اهميت باشد. اما نكته مهم در خصوص بررسي بهبود عملكرد توسعه اقتصادييك منطقه درنظر گرفتن چالش‌ها و فرصت‌هايي است كه منطقه مورد مطالعه با آن مواجه هست. ازاين‌رو‌‌ پژوهش حاضر باتوجه به چالش‌هاي كشور عراق در حوزه‌هاي اقتصادي، سياسي، اجتماعي و اقليمي به بررسي تأثير متغيرهاي درآمدهاي نفتي، شاخص اميد به زندگي، كنترل فساد، ثبات سياسي و خشكسالي بر توسعه اقتصادي عراق طي سال‌هاي 1989 تا 2021 با كمك مدلخودرگرسيون با وقفه‌هاي توزيع شده پرداخته است. نتايج نشان مي‌دهد كه در كوتاه مدت، متغيرهاي درآمدهاي نفتي، شاخص اميد به زندگي، كنترل فساد و ثبات سياسي تأثير مثبت و معني‌دار و خشكسالي تأثير معكوس و معني‌داري بر توسعه اقتصادي عراق داشته است. اين نتايج در بلند مدت نيز صادق بوده است با اين تفاوت كه در بلندمدت ثبات سياسي تأثير معني‌داري بر توسعه اقتصادي عراق نداشته است.باتوجه به نتايج پژوهش، دولت عراق به منظور افزايش توسعه اقتصادي بايد اقداماتي را براي كاهش وابستگي به نفت و مبارزه با فساد انجام دهد.

The effect of economic, political, social and climatic factors on the economic development of Iraq

Development has been one of the constant concerns of mankind throughout history. One of the aspects of development is economic development, the improvement of which will bring countless benefits to the society, including increasing welfare, reducing unemployment, etc. Therefore, examining the factors affecting the economic development of a society can be very important. But the important point regarding the improvement of the economic development performance of a region is to consider the challenges and opportunities that the studied region is facing. Therefore, considering the challenges of the country of Iraq in the economic, political, social and climatic fields, the thesis examines the effect of the variables of oil revenues, life expectancy index, corruption control, political stability and drought on the economic development of Iraq during the years 1989 to 2021 with the help of autoregression model with intervals distributed (ARDL) has been paid. The results show that in the short term, the variables of oil revenues, life expectancy index, corruption control and political stability have a positive and significant effect and drought has a significant and negative effect on the economic development of Iraq. These results have been true in the long term as well, with the difference that in the long term political stability has not had a significant effect on the economic development of Iraq
