The aim of the current research is to study the phenomenology of the experience of sixth grade female students of Najafabad city on how to observe classroom justice by teachers. This study is practical in terms of purpose, and qualitative in terms of data collection method, and the interview tool was used. The statistical population of this research was all sixth grade female students of Najafabad city. The number of samples is 20 students who were selected purposefully. The interview was conducted in the form of five general questions, and content validity was used to determine the validity of the interview questions.
The findings from the interviews were analyzed by thematic analysis and categorization. The general results have shown that students in the relationship with the teacher in the fields of attention, interaction and respect for students, disciplinary processes, verbal and non-verbal encouragement, valuing and responding to students' opinions and objections, allowing to leave the class, judging students , arrangement of students and attention and response to families, in teaching in the fields of distribution of learning opportunities, distribution of time, distribution of resources and coverage and follow-up of students' learning, in evaluation in the fields of guiding students in the test session, giving feedback, time limit for answering questions , scoring, the number of evaluation times and the impact of one evaluation on other evaluations have experienced injustice.
According to these students, the causes of teachers' injustice are things such as educational goals, lack of attention to individual differences, work pressure and external pressures, lack of commitment to ethical and professional principles, teacher's views and expectations, and lack of supervision over teachers' work, and the effects of these injustices on According to the students themselves, it is a decrease in motivation and apathy, a decrease in self-confidence, an effect on interpersonal relationships, a decrease in academic performance and undesirable behaviors.
