رفاه اجتماعي , اقتصادسنجي , مدل‌هاي تصميم‌گيري چند شاخصه فاصله از مركز

رفاه اجتماعي به عنوان يكي از عوامل كليدي توسعه پايدار و رشد اجتماعي در هر كشور بسيار حائز اهميت است. اين مفهوم شامل بهبود كيفيت زندگي و رضايت افراد از شرايط زندگي خود مي‌شود. توازن فضايي رفاه اجتماعي نيز از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. اين توازن به توزيع مناسب منافع و منابع رفاهي در سراسر كشور يا منطقه اشاره دارد و مي‌تواند نشانگر توسعه يكنواخت و پايدار در جامعه باشد. توجه به توازن فضايي رفاه اجتماعي اهميت ويژه‌اي در سياست‌گذاري و برنامه‌ريزي جهت تسهيل دسترسي به خدمات و فرصت‌هاي اقتصادي و اجتماعي براي تمامي اقشار جامعه دارد. در اين پژوهش، از اقتصاد سنجي فضايي به منظور تحليل الگوهاي مكاني و توزيع رفاه اجتماعي استفاده شده است. همچنين، از نرم‌افزارهاي مختلفي مانند GEODA، GIS و R براي تجزيه و تحليل داده‌هاي جغرافيايي و ايجاد مدل‌هاي مكاني استفاده گرديده است. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي‌دهند كه فاصله هر شهرستان از مراكز سياسي و جغرافيايي و زيرساختي، تأثير قابل توجهي بر رفاه اجتماعي دارد. به ويژه، بين فاصله از فرودگاه، مركز استان و پايتخت و رفاه اجتماعي اثر معني دار منفي ديده مي‌شود. اين نتايج مفهومي جديد را براي سياست‌گذاران ارائه مي‌دهند كه در توسعه پايدار و توزيع منصفانه منافع رفاهي در سطح شهرستان‌هاي ايران بسيار مهم است.

Explanation of social welfare index and analysis and distribution of welfare under the influence of distance from the center in the countries of Iran

Social welfare is of paramount importance as one of the key factors in sustainable development and societal growth in any country. This concept encompasses improving the quality of life and the satisfaction of individuals with their living conditions. Spatial balance in social welfare is equally crucial, signifying the equitable distribution of welfare benefits and resources throughout a country or region. Attention to the spatial balance of social welfare is essential in policymaking and planning to facilitate access to economic and social services and opportunities for all segments of society. In this research, spatial econometrics has been employed to analyze spatial patterns and the distribution of social welfare. Various software tools such as geoda, GIS, and R have been used for geographic data analysis and the creation of spatial models. The research findings indicate that the distance of each county from political, geographical, and infrastructural centers significantly influences social welfare. Specifically, the distance from an airport, provincial center, and capital city results in inverse changes in the welfare of the community. These results provide a novel concept for policymakers that in the pursuit of sustainable development and fair distribution of welfare benefits at the county level in Iran, attention should be paid to these spatial factors.
