هدف از پژوهش حاضر، واكاوي الگوي اخلاق و سلوك مربي در قرآن با نظر به مبادي فرايندمحور عمل اخلاقي فراگير بود. بدين منظور، با مراجعه به موقعيت‌هاي تربيتي قرآن و استمداد از تفاسير «الميزان»، «في ظلال القرآن»، «نمونه» و «نور» و بهره‌گيري از روش تحليل مضمون، 12 مضمون اصلي نقش مربي با عنايت به اصول 10 گانه استخراج‌شده از قرآن حاصل گرديد؛ در گام بعدي مضمون‌هاي اصلي به‌دست‌آمده، در قالب 6 مضمون سازمان دهنده و يك مضمون فراگير دسته‌بندي گرديد؛ در قسمت ديگر، با بررسي موقعيت‌هاي تربيتي قرآن و ياري از تفاسير مذكور و عنايت به اصول و نقش‌هاي مستخرج از قرآن و استفاده از روش تحليل مضمون، 18 مضمون اصلي اخلاق و سلوك مربي مرتبط با مبادي فرايندمحور عمل اخلاقي فراگير يعني «شناختي، گرايشي، اراده و عمل» استخراج شد و بعدازآن مضمون‌هاي اصلي حاصل‌شده، در قالب سه مضمون سازمان دهنده و يك مضمون فراگير دسته‌بندي شد و درنهايت، شبكه مضامين و الگوي آن تدوين شد. يافته‌هاي اين پژوهش نشان داد كه مضمون‌هاي استنتاج شده نقش مربي در محور «تعليم و تزكيه» در مؤلفه «بهره‌گيري از تعليمات حكمت‌آموز» و مضمون‌هاي استخراج‌شده اخلاق مربي در محور «اراده و عمل» در مؤلفه «تاب‌آوري در دعوت فراگير» داراي بيشترين فراواني بود و لذا در شمار مهم‌ترين مؤلفه‌ها محسوب شد.

Analyzing the model of teacherʹs ethics and conduct in the Qurʹan with regard to process-oriented principles of comprehensive ethical practice

The purpose of the current research was to analyze the model of ethics and behavior of a teacher in the Quran with regard to the process-oriented principles of comprehensive ethical action. For this purpose, by referring to the educational situations of the Qurʹan and relying on the interpretations of "Al-Miz@n", "Fi-Zalal-Qurʹ@n", "Example" and "Noor" and using the method of thematic analysis, 12 main themes of the teacherʹs role with regard to the 10 principles extracted from the Qurʹan; In the next step, the obtained main themes were classified into 6 organizing themes and one comprehensive theme; In the other part, by examining the educational situations of the Qurʹan and with the help of the mentioned interpretations and paying attention to the principles and roles extracted from the Qurʹan and using the method of thematic analysis, 18 main themes of the teacherʹs ethics and behavior are related to the process-oriented principles of comprehensive ethical action, i.e. "cognitive, tendency, "will and action" were extracted and then the main themes obtained were categorized in the form of three organizing themes and one comprehensive theme, and finally, the theme network and its pattern were compiled. The findings of this research showed that the inferred themes of the teacherʹs role in the axis of "education and cultivation" in the component of "Using the teachings of wisdom" and the extracted themes of the teacherʹs ethics in the axis of "will and action" in the component of "endurance in a comprehensive invitation" had the highest frequency. And therefore it was considered among the most important components.
