In the qualitative section, in-depth interviews were used to collect data. A questionnaire measurement tool was used in a small part. The information of this questionnaire and its structure were in accordance with the findings of the qualitative section. The number of questions in this questionnaire was equal to 47 questions. In order to confirm the validity of the measurement tool in the quantitative part, the content validity method was used. Cronbachʹs alpha was also used to calculate the reliability coefficient of the measurement tool. In the qualitative part of the research, three overlapping processes of open coding, axial coding and selective coding were used to analyze the qualitative information. Finally, factor analysis test and Demitel method were used to analyze the quantitative data. These analyzes were performed with the help of SPSS software version 23, Smart PLS version 3 at 5% error level and macro Excel for Demetel analysis.Based on the results of selective coding, 4 main categories (player characteristics, club characteristics, internal and external factors) and 11 sub-categories (human capital, club efficiency, sports performance, time effects, geographical factors, characteristics) League, player behavior, social value, transfer rules, governance of conditions and financial factors) are influential in the pricing of football players.
