اشتغال پذيري , خانواده , دانشجويان , انطباق پذيري مسير شغلي

هدف پژوهش حاضر كشف زمينه هاي خانوادگي اشتغال پذيري دانشجويان كارشناسي دانشگاه اصفهان بود. روش انجام اين پژوهش كيفي و از نوع نظريه زمينه اي بود. جامعه پژوهش كليه دانشجويان دانشگاه اصفهان در سال تحصيلي 1400-1399بودند، نمونه گيري به صورت هدفمند انجام شد. نمونه اين پژوهش دانشجويان كارشناسي دانشگاه اصفهان در نيمسال دوم تحصيلي1400-1399 و از همه دانشكده ها بودند. تعداد 22 نفر از دانشجوياني كه نمره اشتغال پذيري آن ها در مقياس پول و سيول(2014) يك انحراف معيار بالاتر از ميانگين بودند انتخاب شدند، سپس جهت بدست آوردن داده ها و دستيابي به اهداف پژوهش با دانشجويان مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته انجام گرفت، و با تعداد 14 نفر از دانشجويان داده ها به اشباع رسيد. سپس براي تحليل داده ها روش تحليل استراوس و كوربين و كد انتخابي، باز و محوري مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. به اين ترتيب طي سه مرحله كدگذاري نتايجي كه به دست آمد شامل 8 كد انتخابي، با عناوين ساختار اقتدار، پيوند خانوادگي، جو عاطفي خانواده، شرايط عيني خانواده، ديدگاه به خانواده و جهان، ساختار ارتباطي خانواده، استراتژي هاي فرد در مسير شغلي و استراتژي هاي خانواده در مسير شغلي بود. با توجه به يافته ها مي توان استنباط كرد كه نقش زمينه هاي خانوادگي در اشتغال پذيري دانشجويان از طريق هاي مختلفي مي باشد، بدين معنا كه عوامل خانوادگي مي تواند زمينه، علت، تسهيل كننده يا مداخله كننده در اشتغال پذيري دانشجويان باشد، و اين موضوع نشان دهنده نقش موثر خانواده در اشتغال پذيري دانشجويان مي باشد.

Discovering the family contex of university student’s employability

The aim of the present study was discovering the family context of employability in students of Isfahan University. The method of conducting this research was qualitative and grounded theory type. The research population was all students of Isfahan University in the academic year of 1399-1400, Sampling was done purposefully. The samples of this research were undergraduate students of Isfahan University in the second semester of 1399-1400 and from all faculties. 22 students whose employability score was one standard deviation higher than the mean in Poole and Sewellʹs scale (2014) were selected, 22 students whose employability score was one standard deviation higher than the mean in Poole and Sewellʹs scale (2014) were selected. Then, in order to obtain data and achieve the objectives of the research, a semi-structured interview was conducted with the students, With the number of 14 students, the data reached saturation. Then Strauss and Corbin analysis method and selective, open and axial coding were used for data analysis. In this way, during three stages of coding, the results obtained include 8 selected codes, with the titles of authority structure, family bond, emotional atmosphere of the family, objective conditions of the family, view of the family and the world, family communication structure, individual strategies in the career and Family strategies were on the career. According to the findings, it can be concluded that the role of family context in the employability of students is in different ways. This means that family factors can be the context, cause, facilitator or intervention in studentsʹ employability, And this shows the effective role of the family in the employability of students.
