The importance of the quality of education an‎d attention to the moral education of learners in the contemporary era, when we are witnessing the expansion of social networks, changing values, an‎d as a result, studentsʹ lack of motivation an‎d academic decline, has made research on ethics an‎d the teaching profession essential. The overall goal of this research is to recognize an‎d criticize the ethics an‎d character of teachers from the perspective of caring ethics an‎d to present a model consistent with this perspective. This research has been conducted using a progressive analytical-deductive method. In this approach, first, the concepts an‎d components related to the character an‎d conduct of teachers were analyzed an‎d explained, an‎d then, by formulating their philosophical foundations, the educational implications were deduced an‎d categorized in two educational an‎d training dimensions. The educational dimension of teacher character includes ease in teaching, diversity in content presentation, teacher preparation, an‎d the skill of establishing communication an‎d linking the subject matter with other subjects, education based on the needs an‎d interests of the learner, collaborative learning, interdisciplinary thinking, the instructorʹs knowledge of himself an‎d the learner, attention to developmental needs, awareness an‎d mastery of the subject, an‎d the educational dimension includes teaching care for students an‎d creating a caring atmosphere, empathy, honesty, patience, communication an‎d sincere conversation with students, respecting the respect an‎d dignity of students, paying attention to cultural differences, self-knowledge an‎d godliness, observing fairness an‎d justice, an‎d humility. After deducing an‎d explaining the components of teacher character in the two educational an‎d educational dimensions, a teacherʹs ethical model consisting of educational principles an‎d goals based on epistemological an‎d anthropological foundations has been designed with the aim of addressing the challenges ahead in the educational system. Among the criticisms made about the contents of this approach, we can point out the damage caused by the dependency an‎d attachment of the cared-for to the caregiver, the lack of generality of using this approach by all teachers, an‎d the different feedbacks of the cared-for in the caring relationship according to individual an‎d cultural differences.... Analyses show that the characteristics of the teacherʹs character based on caring ethics an‎d Islamic an‎d monotheistic ethics have many common aspects, an‎d their combination can enrich education an‎d satisfaction of learners. Therefore, the teacherʹs ethics, attention an‎d emotional support, an‎d caring an‎d empathetic outlook can have a significant impact on the behavioral patterns an‎d activism of students, create harmony, empathy, an‎d altruism, an‎d increase motivation for academic progress.

منابع انساني و نيروي متخصص، متعهد و اخلاق مند، از لوازمات پيشرفت و توسعه هر كشوري است و اين امر در نهاد مهمي چون آموزش و پرورش و توسط عناصر كليدي همچون معلمان محقق مي‌گردد. اهميت كيفيت آموزش و توجه به تربيت اخلاقي فراگيران، در دوران معاصر كه شاهد گسترش شبكه‌هاي اجتماعي، تغيير ارزش‌ها و در نتيجه بي‌انگيزگي و افت تحصيلي دانش‌آموزان هستيم، پژوهش در مورد اخلاق و حرفه معلمي را ضروري ساخته است. هدف كلي اين پژوهش، بازشناسي و نقد اخلاق و منش معلمي از منظر اخلاق مراقبتي و ارائه الگويي منطبق بر اين ديدگاه است. اين پژوهش به روش تحليلي ـ استنتاجي از نوع پيش‌رونده انجام شده است. در اين رويكرد، ابتدا مفاهيم و مولفه¬هاي مرتبط با منش و سلوك معلمي، تحليل و تبيين شدند¬ و سپس با صورت بندي مباني فلسفي آنها، دلالتهاي تربيتي در دو بعد آموزشي و تربيتي استنتاج و دسته بندي شده‌اند. بعد آموزشي منش معلمي، شامل آسان‌گيري در تدريس، تنوع در ارائه محتوا، آمادگي معلم و برخورداري از مهارت برقراري ارتباط و پيوند دادن موضوع درسي با موضوعات دروس ديگر، آموزش بر اساس نياز و علايق فراگير، يادگيري مشاركتي، تفكر بين رشته‌اي، شناخت مربي از خود و فراگير، توجه به نيازهاي رشدي، آگاهي داشتن و تسلط بر موضوع و در بعد تربيتي شامل آموزش مراقبت به دانش‌آموزان و ايجاد فضاي مراقبتي، همدلي، صادق بودن، صبوري، ارتباط و گفتگوي صميمانه با دانش آموزان، رعايت احترام و كرامت شاگردان، توجه به تفاوت‌هاي فرهنگي، خودشناسي و خداشناسي، رعايت انصاف و عدالت و فروتني است. پس از استنتاج و تبيين مولفه‌هاي منش معلمي در دو بعد آموزشي و تربيتي، الگوي اخلاقي معلمي متشكل از اصول و اهداف تربيتي مبتني بر مبناي معرفت شناسانه و انسان شناسانه با هدف رفع چالش‌هاي پيش رو در نظام آموزشي طراحي گرديده است. از جمله نقدهاي وارد شده به مضامين اين رويكرد، مي‌توان به آسيب ناشي از وابستگي و دلبستگي مراقبت شونده به مراقب، عموميت نداشتن استفاده از اين رويكرد توسط تمامي دبيران و بازخوردهاي متفاوت مراقبت شوندگان در رابطه مراقبتي با توجه به تفاوت‌هاي فردي و فرهنگي..... اشاره نمود. تحليل‌ها نشان مي‌دهد؛ ويژگي‌هاي منش معلمي مبتني بر اخلاق مراقبتي و اخلاق اسلامي و توحيدي داراي وجوه مشترك بسياري است كه همراهي آن‌ها مي‌تواند موجب غناي تعليم و تربيت و رضايتمندي فراگيران گردد. بنابراين اخلاق¬مداري، توجه و حمايت عاطفي و نگاه مراقبتي و همدلانه معلم ميتواند تأثير بسزايي بر الگوهاي رفتاري و كنشگري دانش‌آموزان، ايجاد وفاق و همدلي و دگرخواهي و افزايش انگيزه براي پيشرفت تحصيلي داشته باشد.
